After providing a whole summer of fun and many exciting races, with great results, the Glass Frogs days have come to an end. On the evening of Friday October 11th, 2002, the boat broke off its mooring in 30+MPH winds and 6-10ft seas. Although it had a soft landing on a beach, as the tide came in the boat was severely damaged against the beach wall. The insurance has declared it a total loss since the repair costs are more than the boat is worth.
A big cheer to Don & Paul who spent all night trying to fix the endless problems..!!!
